In order to help you become more familiar with some of the current areas of concern to psychology and the law, you are required to develop an argumentative paper on a topic from the list below. Your argument s in the paper will be either entirely based on the support of the idea raised in the topic or your paper will be entirely designed to refute the idea raised in the topic. While 2 students will be allowed to have the same topic, only 1 of them will develop an argumentative paper that supports the topic while the other develops a paper that refutes the topic. Specifically, your paper should adhere to the areas of content contained in the rubric detailed below. Argumentative papers should be at least 2 pages long (double space) but not exceed 4 pages.
