The nurses and clinicians were able to experience the needs of the community first hand while the public realized that somebody paid attention to their health and accepted them as human beings. There are other professional and volunteer programs that are constantly developing, improving medical treatment and patient care.

The medical staff has developed very effective procedures in the public sector but has also bettered the internal structure and the organization of the hospital. Volunteering and donations are very much continuing and there are many events that are being organized. It is crucial that the nurses and clinicians have attended to people who were unable to come into the hospital and receive their preventative shots. As a result, the staff went out and delivered these shots, so a lot of diseases were stopped by this simple and kind gesture (Ramos, 2013).

It is very respectful and honorable that the medical profession people are taking so much care of their patients and even of people who are not directly present in the hospital. This proves that there are good individuals and they will continue their beneficial acts.
